Tiffany Tuttle studied ballet, (Richard Lidinsky, her business partner and husband, saw her dance in Baltimore ten years before they ever met) European history at Princeton, fashion at F.I.T., footwear design in Milan. And working with Alexander McQueen at Givency completed the eclectic education.
All these influences can be seen in the “in flagrante” fall/ winter 2007 collection. The collection examines the intersection of raw, natural states and highly artificial ones. There is beauty in imperfections, contrasts and ambiguities. Full of surprises and suffused with a feminine edge, the FW07 LD Tuttle collection continues down its unique path.
